Privacy Policy

Only what the site needs to run:

• Account details from signing in with Discord: your Discord id, username and avatar.
• Kick link: when you connect your Kick account we receive its id and username, and the channel points it holds on the Sword channel, which is what the store spends.
• Partner data: leaderboards are built from wager totals the partner site publishes under your username there. We store the standings, not your play.
• Payout details you save: a crypto wallet address, used only to deliver rewards you redeem.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type, and session data used for security.
• Support content: anything you send us on Discord about an order or a giveaway.

We take no payments on this site, and we never see or store your passwords, card numbers, or the credentials for your partner-site accounts. Deposits and wagering happen on the partner sites, under their own systems.

To sync points and run the store; to build leaderboards and pay milestones and prizes; to run giveaways and reach winners; to verify linked accounts; to keep the site secure and prevent fraud, multi-accounting and abuse; and to see which parts of the site people use so we can improve them.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, secure your session and remember your preferences. Partner sites attribute referrals to us when you sign up with code SWORD; that tracking is theirs and happens on their site. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but sign-in will stop working.

Only what is necessary: with partner sites to verify a wager or pay a leaderboard prize; with the providers who host, secure and operate the site for us; and where the law requires it or to protect the site and its users. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it for the purposes above, including record-keeping, dispute resolution and abuse prevention. Expired sessions are pruned automatically. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Encryption in transit, hashed session tokens, access controls and rate limiting protect your data, and every change made in the admin panel is written to an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.

You can see and edit your profile on the site, unlink Kick, change your wallet, and sign out. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will handle it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

This site is only for people who are 18 or older, or the legal gambling age where they live. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone underage, and we delete it if we discover it.

Partner sites and other links featured here are independent third parties with their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover them, so read theirs before you use them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the date above changes with it. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
